AIBE Photo & Signature Requirements

Recent AIBE registration guidance has commonly specified a 10KB–50KB file-size range for both the photograph and signature in JPG/JPEG format. If the current AIBE registration portal shows additional pixel or dimension requirements, make sure your files match those instructions before uploading.

Prepare Your AIBE Photograph

Use a recent, clear photograph with your face properly visible. Start with a good-quality image before reducing the file size, as excessive compression can make the final image blurry.

For better results:

• Use a recent and clear photograph.
• Keep your face clearly visible.
• Use a plain and uncluttered background where appropriate.
• Avoid heavily filtered or edited images.
• Avoid blurry or very low-quality source images.
• Save the final image in JPG/JPEG format.
• Keep the final file size within the required range.

Prepare Your AIBE Signature

Sign clearly on plain white paper and make sure the complete signature is visible.

Scan or photograph only the signature area instead of the entire sheet of paper. Crop unnecessary blank space before adjusting the final file size.

For better results:

• Keep the complete signature clearly visible.
• Avoid shadows and blurry photographs.
• Remove unnecessary blank space around the signature.
• Save the final image in JPG/JPEG format.

Common AIBE Upload Problems

  File is above 50KB

  Reduce the file size gradually while keeping the image clear. Excessive compression can make photographs and signatures difficult to see.

  File is below 10KB

  Very small image files may lose important details. Adjust the image again so it falls within the required range while remaining clear.

  Too much blank space around the signature

  Crop the image so the signature is clearly visible without unnecessary empty space around it.

  Wrong file format

  Make sure the final file is saved in JPG or JPEG format before uploading.

  Image looks blurry after compression

  This can happen when a very small or low-quality source image is compressed repeatedly. Start with a clearer source image and avoid compressing the same image repeatedly.

AIBE Registration Upload Checklist

• Photograph is recent and clearly visible.
• Photograph file size is within the required range.

• Only the necessary signature area is included.
